Al Stasek along with his partners Jay Kinder and Michael Reese has built an organization of over 9000 agents in most of the 50 states, Canada, India, Mexico, Portugal and Australia.




Before acquiring his real estate license in 1998, Al was a long haul semi-truck driver. Knowing that life on the road wasn’t his path or passion, he began his real estate career on a shoestring budget and a hunger for success.




After being coached by Kinder & Reese, his business started doubling every year and soon became a coach, helping other agents and brokers grow their businesses. Al has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and is a 4X Icon Award winner with eXp Realty, ranking in the top 13 earners of the company.




Now with over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, he is the owner of the Stasek Group of eXp Realty in Northeast Ohio, and co-founder of Kinder, Reese & Stasek LLC where he teaches and coaches agents the marketing principles that have lead to his success.
